Gobo Chips

Here is my super easy Gobo (burdock root) chips recipe. Perfect companion for a nice cold glass of beer! 

私が最近はまってる簡単ゴボウチップスのレシピを紹介しまーす。 冷えたビールにぴったりです。 

1) Peel and slice gobo root. (about 1/4 inch thickness).  Coat with any starch.  I used some potato starch for mine. 

皮を剥いた(またはきれいに洗った)ゴボウを3ミリくらいにスライスし、片栗粉をまぶします。 

2) Deep- fry in small batches until they get golden. (3-5 min)

小分けして油でキツネ色に揚げます。 (3-5分くらい)



3) Put gobo chips in a container with lid. Drizzle Unagi sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds. Close the container with lid the shake it to coat the sauce and sesame seeds evenly. 

揚げたゴボウをタッパーに入れ、ウナギのかば焼きのタレを少量回がけし、胡麻を振ったら蓋をして容器ごと振ってタレを絡めます。





So yummy! So easy!!!

簡単で美味しい〜〜。
